Off to PaPa's to watch football,

have some dinner and enjoy our very first (memorable)

trick or treat experience.

The kids had a blast after they found out that they get stuff

just by knocking on some one's door and saying those infamous words.

Liam, of course, didn't quite get the knocking

and figured "if we were going to the door, we mine as well open it"!!

Oh...It's Allie!

After treating at a few houses in the neighborhood,

the kids wanted to "trick or treat" PaPa's house

...until JoJo started barking,

which sent Liam off in the other direction!

(oh, he did try to open the door first)

Of all the candy in her bag, Allie asked if she could have pretzels

(I think b/c it was the only thing she recognized).

What an angel!!
