Apples of My Eye

MLK Day was great, as usual.
The big stand out was our new addition to our family tradition!
Lil' Huna was a real crowd pleaser.
Michael and I are pretty shy people,
which is hard when you have a small tot walking around
hugging, dancing, giving out "high fives" and petting small animals!
He is such a joy to watch and I love looking at all the faces
brighten up when he's in their presence.
The apples are always a huge hit and great distraction
(from the babes running a muck around the Capital)
when Mama needs to listen to the powerful message that is always so inspiring.
If I haven't mentioned it before...I LOVE this city
and feel blessed to raise my children here!!!

HAPPY MARTIN LUTHER KING DAY!

That afternoon, Allie and I were able to volunteer our time
with Little Helping Hands for CARITAS!
We had a great time!
