Found...
White male child approximately 2 years and 2 months.
Spotted in the family's favorite Salon in Brenham on said day, March 6th.
His hair was, in fact, shaved off.
Sister, Allie, was seen trying to put his long locks from the floor back on to his head.
He held tightly on to his Dad and his Blue Paper car (received from previously mentioned Sandwich shop).
He was very still and patient during the process.
Small tears were shed by both Mom and Dad, but those "baby blues" shine so much brighter!

I'm sooo glad you found him! I could see how one wouldn't recognize him :) Yes, his eyes sure do shine!

Ughh! My baby is all growins' up!!! Puke! I will have it grown out by end of the year:)
