A couple of our favorite people in the world, Bill (Mr. Bill) and Conda (Mama Conda) invited us up to spend the day golfing (for the boys) and picnic/playtime on Sunday. Princess Dylan (their grandchild, my friend's daughter) was in town visiting and it is such a joy to spend time with her. I've known her since she was a wee lil' one and love how she has grown. She is awesome with the babes and she still calls me LiLi (which melts my heart).
We headed to the state park in Lockhart (which in the 7 months of living there...I had no idea existed). Mama Conda made us a fab lunch and we had the whole park area to ourselves! After much playing, we headed to their ranch for some Longhorn feeding and more playing. Liam actually got close to the cattle this time and even threw biscuits their way. Allie loved giving them biscuits (w/a lil' help). She also drove around with Dylan on the lil' John Deer, which Liam was surprisingly scared of once the engine was turned on. Dylan made the babes a nature box for Thanksgiving and labeled acorns based on Thanksgiving history. OH so precious!!!!
