Daddy Daddy knows just how to care To treat us right by being fair Daddy knows just what to say When we’re sad and having a bad day Daddy knows just what to do When we need help putting on our shoes Daddy knows what we need when he comes in the door He hugs us, smiles and plays on the floor Daddy knows how to calm us down He reads us stories and carries us around Daddy is strong Daddy is gentle Daddy is safe Daddy is love
